搬家后的整理：
Organizing after moving:
（1）将地面清理干净，将桌子、椅子、柜子等平面擦干净；

损坏后的索赔：

（1）对于家用电器的损坏，应请我们负担维修费用，如果彻底损坏，应赔偿新品；
